{Project 365}-4 Smoked Eel with Eyes in Tact.

You can take the girl out of the States but not the States out of the girl.  We live in fish country in America, here it is fish country too, but sometimes it's all about presentation.  In which case that makes you very American.
We went to a well known (read touristy) Viking fishing village with today.  At the fish counter they had at least a hundred different kinds of smoked fish.  My kids like fish, in fact they love fish.  Apparently that love is not extended to smoked eel with eyeballs in tact.
