Nature in Sweden.
Friday, 29 June 2007
The nature here in Sweden is certainly the big draw. It doesn't matter if you live in the country or in a city, nature is never far away. Skane alone has such diversity. Sat we went to the Kullaberg. A rocky coastline in the NW point of the province. The next day we went close to Ystad in the south which boasts long, wide, and very white sandy beaches. All within approx 2 hours drive.
Swedes live outside nearly all year it seems. They bike year round in weather. It is pretty amazing. But summer brings them out in force regardless of the weather it seems. Being outside is not a part-time obsession.
